1. Who we are

moonbites-store.com is operated by NONSTOP BRANDS LTD, trading as MoonBites ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales, registered office 4 Shrub Road, Hampton Vale, Peterborough, PE7 8LW. Contact: nonstop.brands@outlook.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to your use of our website and to every order you place with us, together with our Refund, Shipping, Subscription and Privacy policies. Please read them before ordering.

3. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over to buy from us. MoonBites are not suitable for children under 18, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.

4. Our products

MoonBites are a food supplement. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Consult your doctor before use if you take medication or have a medical condition, including a thyroid condition. They may cause drowsiness; do not drive or operate machinery after taking them. Please read the label and warnings before use.

5. Orders and contract

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. Our contract with you is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or there's an obvious pricing error; if we do, we'll refund you in full.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order, and for subscriptions on each renewal date as set out in our Subscription Policy.

7. Discount codes and offers

Discount codes can't be exchanged for cash, can't be combined unless stated, and may be limited to one use per customer or to first orders. Offers are subject to availability and may end at any time without affecting orders already placed.

8. Delivery, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Your right to cancel, our 30-Night Money-Back Guarantee and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Subscriptions can be paused, skipped or cancelled as set out in our Subscription Policy.

9. Reviews and content

Customer reviews reflect the personal experience of the reviewer. Individual results vary.

10. Our liability

If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of that failure. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that can't be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.

All content on this website belongs to us or our licensors. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order applies to that order.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or, if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
