Dispatch

Orders ship the next working day (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays) from our UK fulfilment centre. You'll get an email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

UK delivery

Free UK delivery on orders of £40 or more, and on every 3-month subscription.
Orders under £40 (including monthly subscriptions): £4.99.
Most UK orders arrive 2 to 4 working days after dispatch.

Subscriptions

Each subscription delivery is dispatched the next working day after it's billed, at the same delivery rate as above.

Founding Member Welcome Kit

Welcome Kit gifts ship separately from your gummies, so they arrive in their own parcel. They're due to arrive by 18 December 2026. If they're late, email us and we'll send you a free tub of MoonBites. There's no extra charge for delivering the gifts.

International delivery

We also deliver to selected countries outside the UK. Available rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you pay. Import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Addresses and missing parcels

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll correct it if the order hasn't been dispatched. If a UK parcel hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us and we'll trace it and send a replacement or refund if it's lost.
