Didn't think these would actually work, but they knocked me out faster than a Sunday roast and three pints. Tasted unreal, woke up without feeling like I'd been hit by a bus, and for once my brain shut up at bedtime. I find they also allow sleep to arrive quicker after I lay down, no more staring at the ceiling for hours. I take 2 about an hour to 30 mins before bed. I used to take Magnesium glycinate and ashwagandha separately but at lower doses — I find these much more convenient, more potent and in turn I save a bit of cash. First time trying L-Theanine also, and I was pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend.
