What we collect

Contact and order details: name, email, phone, billing and delivery addresses, what you bought, and your subscription details.
Payment details: handled by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card number.
Account details: login and preferences if you create an account.
Messages: anything you send us, including support emails and quiz answers (for example what's keeping you awake).
Device and usage data: IP address, browser, pages viewed and actions on the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

To process and deliver orders and subscriptions (contract).
To provide customer support and handle refunds (contract and legitimate interests).
To send marketing emails where you've signed up (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
To measure and improve our website and advertising (consent, given through our cookie banner).
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure (legitimate interests).
To meet legal obligations such as tax records (legal obligation).

Who we share it with

We only share what each provider needs to do its job:

Shopify: runs our store and checkout.
Payment providers (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay): process payments.
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfilment and couriers: pick, pack and deliver your order.
Klaviyo: sends our emails.
Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google: measure and show our adverts, where you've accepted marketing cookies.
Analytics tools such as Microsoft Clarity: help us understand how the site is used, where you've accepted analytics cookies.
Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires.

We don't sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the store and basket. Analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner; you can change your choice at any time.

International transfers

Some of our providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum to protect it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for tax and accounting. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe. Account data is kept while your account is open. Other data is deleted when we no longer need it.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or move your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.
