This Refund Policy applies to purchases from moonbites-store.com, operated by NONSTOP BRANDS LTD, trading as MoonBites. It sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law, which it does not affect.

30-Night Money-Back Guarantee

Try MoonBites for 30 nights. If you're not sleeping better, email us at nonstop.brands@outlook.com within 30 nights of your order being delivered and we'll refund what you paid for your gummies in full.

• No need to send anything back. Just give us your order number.
• The guarantee applies to your first MoonBites order (including the first delivery of a subscription), one per customer and household.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
• If you're on a subscription and claim the guarantee, we'll cancel it so you aren't charged again, unless you ask us to keep it running.
• Founding Member Welcome Kit gifts are yours to keep.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. MoonBites are a food supplement, so this applies to unopened tubs with the seal intact; once a seal is broken the item can't be returned for health and hygiene reasons (the 30-Night Guarantee above still applies). To cancel, email us within 14 days of delivery and we'll send you the returns address. Please post unopened items back within 14 days of telling us. We'll refund the items and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving them. Return postage is paid by you unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund you in full, including delivery. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Lost parcels

If a UK order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email us. We'll trace it with the courier and send a replacement or refund if it's lost.

Founding Member Welcome Kit

The Welcome Kit is a free gift with qualifying subscriptions and ships separately from your gummies. It is due to arrive by 18 December 2026; if it's late, email us and we'll send you a free tub of MoonBites. Free gifts have no cash value and aren't refundable.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. See our Subscription Policy for details.

Discount codes

If you used a discount code, refunds are for the amount you actually paid.
